Linda brings over 40 years of experience as Human Resources professional in several large international corporations and as an Executive Coach to the senior leadership of several top North American businesses.


As a graduate of the University of St Andrews in Scotland, with a Master of Arts, Linda began her career with the Ford Motor Corporation of Europe. Upon relocating to the United States she has held global leadership roles with PepsiCo, Thorn EMI, and Level 3 Communications. At Level 3, as the Global Head of HR, she was part of the executive leadership team that established Level 3 as the leading global internet provider.


Linda focuses her work on taking the experiences garnered as a business partner in the executive suite and those of working as a coach to those executives, to create dynamic and sustainable change in how executives interact and create results for their teams and for their organizations. She works with senior executive leaders to articulate vision, build alignment, establish accountability and drive to attain results for their organizations.


Linda and her husband Nikk have three grown sons and make their home in Louisville, Colorado.

Audrey launched The Trispective Group as a founding partner twelve years ago, following a 20-year corporate HR career focused on her passion: driving executive, team and organizational excellence.


Prior to her consulting experience, Audrey managed learning and development functions within large companies and non-profits. She enjoyed partnering with all levels of leaders, from front line supervisors to top executives. She designed and delivered leadership programs and team sessions for employees throughout the U.S, Europe, and in Asia.
Since becoming a partner at Trispective, Audrey has successfully coached hundreds of executives in different organizations around the world, facilitated team sessions for many executive teams, and developed and led leadership programs for thousands of leaders.


Audrey is certified in many assessments and instruments including Hogan Assessments, EQi, DiSC, EQ-i, as well as multiple other 360 tools. Audrey is a graduate of Tufts University.


She lives in Denver with her husband. She has three boys and enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors in Colorado, reading everything she can get her hands on, and traveling the world with her family (well, prior to
COVID-19).
